The National Insurance Board, by way of a development Project, namely the Lauriston Land Development Project has subdivided approximately 26 acres of lands into lots at Carriacou.  The Board has provided motorable roads, water mains and will coordinate with the electricity and telephone companies to provide electricity and telephone services.  The purchaser, however, will arrange personally with the electricity and telephone companies for their private installation, the cost of which and the rates of requirements established by the said companies for the supply of electricity and telephone services shall be paid and met by the purchasers.

The lots are divided into 44 residential and 13 residential/commercial.  The size of the lots range from 8,060sq. ft to 36,365 sq. ft. and are being sold at $5.75 and $5.25 per sq. ft respectively.
